These squads are Invitation only and specifically for our more advanced players that enjoy tennis as one of their main sports. Players in these squads are often playing in more than one session per week and are more advanced than other players in our program.

Players in these squads are enjoying improving and showing above average development and passion. Players are happy to play inter club team competitions. local match plays and may or may not want to play LTA tournaments.

The squads are strictly invitation only and players wishing to join will need to either be invited or do a friendly play test.

Players and parents understand that places in these squads depend on following through on the above commitments and this will be reviewed constantly during the term.

Players in Invitation Squads will be responsible for practicing the following Squad commitments;

- playing 2 or more LOVEtennis sessions a week
- to always give their very best
- to respect all their squad members and the coaching team
- to understand that they are part of a team and that by working hard together, the whole team will improve together
- commit at least to one LOVEtennis Match Play per term
- commit to playing for our team if asked and if available

The coaching team will ensure sessions are fun, stimulating and goal driven. The team will make sure all players are giving their best at all times.

MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY:

Should you not be able to make a lesson we will try our very best to offer make-up lessons.

Make-up classes are subject to availability. We will try to offer a make-up sessions although this is not guaranteed.

Make-up classes must be requested via email to info@love-tennis.co.uk at least a few days in advance, so that we can check if this would be possible.

A maximum of two make-up classes can be given per term, provided that we space and cannot be transferred to the next term or swopped for a camp session.

Should regular or replacement session not be attended for whatever reason, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of adverse weather/facility issues, we will cancel the session no later than 15 minutes before the lesson and players will be notified via email.

In these circumstances we will offer make up lessons.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Players should assess court conditions for themselves before playing and should not play if they feel there is a danger of slipping due to weather conditions or any other perceived hazard.

Please kindly make sure that you are booking into the correct class as it may not be possible to offer credits, refunds or changes after your booking has been made.

It your responsibility to check that you have been enrolled for the correct course, and that you are aware of the correct timings of this class.

Non-attendance of a session or course will not be given a refund or credit on courses.
