These sessions are ideal for players who have some experience in tennis and are starting to be able to maintain a rally when the incoming ball is slow, without spin and placed close to the player. Players in this sessions would not yet be confident enough to attend organised club tennis sessions but are working towards this.

Players in this class have some experience at volleys and serving but are not yet confident with those shots in a point play situation.

While players in this class are beginning to maintain rallies, they are not yet able to maintain rallies when the incoming ball has speed, spin or requires more movement. Players are also not yet confident at directing the ball or hitting with spin.

In these sessions the players will work on rock solid technical fundamentals with a mixture of ball feeding and rally drills.

Please note these sessions are NOT SUITABLE for beginners.

Please note a minimum of 4 players are needed to run these sessions.

To improve, regularity and continuity are crucial and therefore sessions run in blocks several weeks long.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

Since this booking program was designed with children in mind there is some confusing terminology and instructions. When looking for a new online system to use we found that not every system was perfect. This one meets all of our needs and it can still be used for adults but we do need you to follow the steps below to secure your booking.

When signing up for an adult class you will first have to register an account.

Once you do it will ask you to add a child. This “child” can be yourself.

You will have to list two Emergency Contacts, one of which could be yourself.

Now that you are registered you can proceed with booking the class of your choice.

MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY:

Should you not be able to make a lesson we will try our very best to offer make-up lessons.

Make-up classes are subject to availability. We will try to offer a make-up sessions although this is not guaranteed.

Make-up classes must be requested via email to info@love-tennis.co.uk at least a few days in advance, so that we can check if this would be possible.

A maximum of two make-up classes can be given per term, provided that we space and cannot be transferred to the next term or swopped for a camp session.

Should regular or replacement session not be attended for whatever reason, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of adverse weather/facility issues, we will cancel the session no later than 15 minutes before the lesson and players will be notified via email.

In these circumstances we will offer make up lessons.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Players should assess court conditions for themselves before playing and should not play if they feel there is a danger of slipping due to weather conditions or any other perceived hazard.

Please kindly make sure that you are booking into the correct class as it may not be possible to offer credits, refunds or changes after your booking has been made.

It your responsibility to check that you have been enrolled for the correct course, and that you are aware of the correct timings of this class.

Non-attendance of a session or course will not be given a refund or credit on courses.
